Refund policy

Every Deebo's Closet tee is printed to order just for you, so we don't accept returns for simple change of mind. But if anything goes wrong with your order, we've got your back.

 

Damaged, misprinted, or defective items: Email us at davisepc0@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund, your choice. No need to ship anything back.

 

Wrong size: Our tees are unisex and true to size. If you ordered the wrong size, reach out anyway and we'll do our best to sort you out.

 

Lost packages: If tracking shows your order is lost in transit, contact us and we'll send a replacement at no charge.

 

Order changes and cancellations: Orders go into production fast, so we can only change or cancel within 12 hours of purchase. Email us ASAP.

 

Refund processing: Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
