Shipping Policy

Free US shipping on everything

Every order ships free within the United States. No surprise costs at checkout.

Delivery time

Orders take 2 to 5 business days to process before they ship. After that, US delivery typically takes another 3 to 8 business days depending on where you are. Most orders arrive within 5 to 12 business days total.

Tracking

You'll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within 6 business days of ordering, email us at info@deeboscloset.com and we'll chase it down.

Wrong address

Double check your shipping address at checkout. If you catch a mistake, email us as soon as possible. We can usually fix an address before the order ships, but once it's on the way we can't reroute it.

Lost or stuck packages

If tracking hasn't moved in 7 days or your package appears lost, contact us at info@deeboscloset.com and we'll sort it out with a replacement or refund.
